Find Your Light Policies & Procedures:
Payment Terms: Payment must be fully received before any services are provided. All payments are processed securely through our portal using a debit or credit card.
- You are allowed one complimentary invoice or payment date change, provided the request is submitted at least seven business days before the scheduled due date.
- Requests made within seven days of the due date will incur a $100 fee, which will be added to that scheduled payment.
- If an automated payment fails or is returned on the due date, a $100 fee will be applied.
- All future payments will be charged automatically on the dates outlined in your payment schedule.
- If you haven’t yet used your one-time due date change, please email us at least seven business days in advance so we can process it.
-For any overdue or failed payments after 48 hours, a 10% late fee will be added to your invoice.
-You are allowed to pause your payments up to three months, any remaining funds will be forfeited.
We appreciate your cooperation in following these policies and are here to ensure a smooth process. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
-In the event that you are unable to schedule your in person sessions after PAID IN FULL, we will allow up to six months to arrive in Los Angeles and start services.
Rescheduling: Posing sessions and photoshoots rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours. Client agrees to communicate with Find Your Light in writing via email and provide an opportunity to address concerns.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late to a Find Your Light service will be charged a $50 late fee.
Missed Pop-Up Events: If you miss a pop-up event (e.g., DigiDay Weekend), you will receive a credit applicable to any Find Your Light package. Credits must be used within three (3) months of issue; otherwise, the funds will be considered forfeited.
Non-Communication: If you do not respond to scheduling or rescheduling communications (via call, email, or text) within three (3) months, all funds paid will be forfeited. Should you wish to return after this period, a $100 reinstatement fee will apply, and additional fees may be required depending on the service or course.
Turnaround Time: Depending on client volume and availability, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of final photos, including edits and comp cards.
Response Time: The FYL team responds to all emails within 24 – 48 business hours.
